thanks everyone for coming to the brainstorming meeting tonight! here’s a recap of the projects we will be working on in the next couple of weeks

• paper flower wall
we will all work on constructing flowers out of paper, which we will pin up on a wall. the goal is to pin up lots of them to eventually create a piece with variations of flowers that make a wall filled with a texture, rather than a plain wall.

• deathstar light drawing 
long exposure shots playing with lights at the deathstar?! come on! 

• co/lab doodle monster costume
imagine this- a person walking around in a costume that you can draw on. we are going to make this happen.

• illustrated idioms
sometimes idioms make sense. so now we were going to illustrate them so they will probably be even more confusing. but they will look cool. anytime i hear an idiom i visually see it in my head, anyway. to be done on 4x6 index cards.

• 360º room contour drawings
we are all going to sit in a circle facing the walls of a room. sections of the room will be divided, and each person will do a line drawing of their assigned section, without picking up their pen/pencil. we will put them all together in the end. 

• square collage
different sized squares will be given to each person, and they will all be combined in the end to make up a giant square of collage awesomeness. 

• hair sculpture
idk, ask han.

• my co/lab monster, OUR co/lab monster 
 we will pass out copies of an outline of the co/lab monster to be decorated by you, to be put up on a wall in the show. it’s like elementary school all over again, except better!

now we just need to come up for catchier names for them, feel free to give us your suggestions in the comments!
