I don’t know about you guys, but I think our meeting was a success!  I had a blast and it was great to see all the new faces!  Once we get working on stuff, it’ll get very exciting. 

I just wanted to relate to you all how obsessed a certain group of us got about our project last year.  We laughed and cried and spent many, many a late night working on our tape sculpture.  There’s actually a LOT of photographic evidence, and a very cleverly edited video of it all.  Co/Lab kind of became a creative refuge from school work and projects, and we bonded a lot over the process of creating this project of ours. 

Churning stuff out for classes gets exhausting, and Co/Lab I think gave all of us the opportunity to express ourselves creatively, just for the sake of ourselves and just for the sake of creativity.  I hope Co/Lab becomes your guy’s outlet/refuge/break from school/break from life/awesome cool hang out time!  Can’t wait to start working with you all!
